They were done in two days! Luke has a great crew. They started on time I was told and “worked” the whole day! They came back the 2nd day and finished up everything. They protected my flowers and fish pond. They did a great clean up too! The work done looks great! And the price was very reasonable.

We were in a tough spot after a major fire without homeowners insurance (forced place only) and we had basically 2 weeks to find someone to restore our house for half the cost the insurance company offered. We couldn’t find anyone and were at our wits end. Enter Luke. We already knew he was awesome due to work he’d done at my in-laws house, so we called him a bit desperate. He was incredibly kind and conscientious, and told me that he wouldn’t leave us living in a half-burned house. We went through the insurance estimate line by line and he agreed to do the work, although I’m sure it was at a loss to him. The porch is bigger and better than ever, the carpeting was replaced with gorgeous vinyl plank flooring, they even helped with items not covered by the estimate but tundra would cause issues down the line. I feel truly blessed that Luke gave his time and effort to restore our home– it looks better than before! He was very involved in the work, and double checked everything (paint colors, ceiling fans, stain colors, etc) to make sure we were happy. Luke truly went above and beyond, and his work is absolutely superlative. We will be eternally grateful for his incredible work. If you’re looking to have any type of home repair, I HIGHLY recommend him. I worked for ‘the list’ for nearly a decade and can confirm that workers like Luke are few and far between. In fact, I’m not sure he has a peer. Aside from his astronomically incredible work, his personality and empathy make him a serious cut above the rest.

Luke and his team are a God-send. They typically complete a whole roof in half a day or a little over. Very clean when they are done, and also Luke is very nice to send pictures of the roof after installation.

Luke was very responsive. The crew was efficient and very diligent. Took their time with flashing around chimney and the gutters. Also took down a small chimney and rebuilt the water heater vent.

I had a roof put on last year. There was a lot there. They replaced all the decking, all of the shingles, all the gutters on the house, put on a leaf guard. We had a fireplace rebricked. He has a really good crew.

Luke and his team did an amazing job. The work they did was excellent. They went above and beyond in many areas. If Luke was not available when I called he called me back as soon as he had time. He was on site for most of the process and met with me nightly to go over what they accomplished and what they were going to do the next day. The porch they built is so amazing my kids play in it all the time. When I have friends over we always end up on the porch enjoying the night. If I ever need work done again I will always go with Luke Ballard. He is one of the best in the business.

Luke is an excellent contractor and business man. Not only is their work of excellence, but Luke is punctual, responsive and has great communication. This was a fairly extensive project and a few unexpected obstacles were encountered, but Luke always kept me informed and took care of the problems. Even thought it was a somewhat costly project, Luke’s prices were very reasonable in comparison to other estimates. He is very friendly and courteous. I would use him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a contractor!
